Review on the cleanliness of my vehicle I was overall happy with the service and being treated respectfully. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the inside of the vehicle. I was told it was being cleaned but once i picked it up and more thoroughly looked through it at home was very unimpressed. The previous owner obviously had an animal in the vehicle . There was animal hair not cleaned out of the vehicle as well as more than that, the manual must have been used as a chew toy. It is stained with hod knows what , chewed up and the bag is covered inside and out in animal hair. That is really not acceptable ,also a couple spill marks that im sure is from some type of food on the upholstery . It very surely should have been cleaned off. I have had to enquire about a detail clean . As for a new manual. I really am germaphobic about using this one so i will have to try to get a new one. The salesman was perfectly polite and accommodating and i appreciated that part of the dealership. More

The one that matched the closest was at Freedom, I asked for a price quote over the internet at 5:50 Friday night and got an email from Darren on Saturday. After a few email I made them an offer subject to a test drive and they excepted. We went to the dealership and Darren showed us the SUV before handing us off to Jason who made closing the deal very pleasurable. The whole team was great to work with. More
