The one that matched the closest was at Freedom, I asked for a price quote over the internet at 5:50 Friday night and got an email from Darren on Saturday. After a few email I made them an offer subject to a test drive and they excepted. We went to the dealership and Darren showed us the SUV before handing us off to Jason who made closing the deal very pleasurable. The whole team was great to work with. More

Great buying experience! Recommend this dealer! A coworker had told me about Freedom Ford after mentioning I was in the market for a newer vehicle with less monthly payments. He set me up with Mike A coworker had told me about Freedom Ford after mentioning I was in the market for a newer vehicle with less monthly payments. He set me up with Mike Sirman and he was great the whole time, worked with me every step of the way to get what I needed and even gave me what I wanted for my trade in! I drove down from Slave Lake and the entire team was great throughout my experience. James Shaul was determined to get me approved with the lowest interest rate. When I arrived Mike had the new vehicle waiting up front for me and after assessing my trade in I was off to sign the papers. They were understanding and professional when they alerted me my trade in would need some work to be done to bring it up to par for their used vehicle inventory. After working out a deal, Mike had assisted me to switch everything over to my new vehicle and even having my 10 month old daughter with me the paper signing process took ten minutes. In less than an hour I was leaving the lot in my new Ford. Even though they were great working with me all day, my only regret is not coming down and test driving the vehicle prior. It took some getting used to on the way home but I love it so far! I have no issues with the team and they were not pushy at all! I had shopped around at other Ford dealers and all seemed too pushy, don't be fooled by other dealers incentives.
