Very Accomodating Used Car Purchasing Experience My experience at Freedom Ford was a memorable one. My sales consultant Mike Sirman went above and beyond to not only get me the winter tires installe My experience at Freedom Ford was a memorable one. My sales consultant Mike Sirman went above and beyond to not only get me the winter tires installed on my new used vehicle (that was part of the expired promotion in purchasing my new used vehicle), he also included the splash guards that I had requested in order to further protect my used vehicle. Mike spent as much time as he could going over the car's features. Not only did Mike teach me things about my new used car, but I also provided him with information on an outstanding recall (door latches) that will need to be addressed. Mike said I will be formally contacted by mail once the replacement door latch parts are available in stock (January 2016). Unfortunately I left with my used vehicle purchase without having Mike give me a tour of their Service Department. I plan to follow up with Mike to have him give me the tour of the Service Department so I know exactly where I can get my new used vehicle serviced.
