Quick Lane Muilti-Point Inspection 99P New Before vehicle was serviced I asked for tire rotation apparently this was not done, because tread depth was not done properly. Great vehicle buying experience! Super friendly people :) I made contact with Freedom Ford via their website as I was looking for an F150 with specific options. A friend had recommended that I check them out! I made contact with Freedom Ford via their website as I was looking for an F150 with specific options. A friend had recommended that I check them out! Darren got back to me very quickly the next day. (I am a late night online shopper). After e-mailing back and forth a number of times I made an appointment to come down and take a look. Darren was very patient as I had to bring my 4 year old son with me. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was explained that the salespeople are on flat rate not commission which made the experience really comfortable. After seeing a couple of different F150's and some of the options available we test drove the F150 I ended up buying! I was extremely surprised when we got down to price! I would and have already recommended this dealership to others! I haven't had to visit the service department yet, hopefully not for awhile, but I'm hoping that they are as professional as the front staff :) More

Great Service I was very impressed with the information I was given once I arrived for my first oil change. I thought it was just an oil change and was informed th I was very impressed with the information I was given once I arrived for my first oil change.
