When we noticed some imperfections with the paint, he ensured that they were fixed before we picked up the car. Gave us an extremely fair value for our trade and ensured that we had everything that we needed in order to have the deal we wanted. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Jason again. More

Outrageousness Needed a new vacuum motor for my 08 F350. Was told it would be $630 installed?? So I purchased the part and installed myself. This required the remova Needed a new vacuum motor for my 08 F350. Was told it would be $630 installed?? So I purchased the part and installed myself. This required the removal of ONE small bolt, ONE vac hose and ONE electrical plug and was located top front of motor. Was very easy to get to and took a whole 3 min to change out. $630??????? That's a slap in the face and says a lot about how much ford really cares about there customers. I will spread the word and make sure as many people as humanly possible know what kind of crooks you are. I have purchased my last two vehicles from freedom and service was good and friendly but know I know how you guys take advantage of people who don't know how to fix anything on there vehicle I will never return..... Information was not clear, The service agent Cori was very nice but did not or could not provide me with answers to my inquiries, My motor needs replacing but no one could or wo The service agent Cori was very nice but did not or could not provide me with answers to my inquiries, My motor needs replacing but no one could or would explain to me why. When I declined service and towed my vehicle the mechanics left parts strewn over my motor. The tow truck driver tried to close the hood and luckily didn't slam it because of the parts on top of the motor prevented the hood from closing. The tow truck driver had to move parts to close the lid. I feel that the minute I declined service they treated my vehicle like a piece of xxxx. I had all my servicing for the last 3 years done at Freedom Ford and was treated well. I will never take another vehicle there again. I was less than satisfied with the treatment I received. I feel that charging $502.00 for a diagnostic to tell me my motor is gone is way over the top.I'm sure this review is a waste of time but at least I have a chance to have my say. More
