Thank you for taking the time to share your service experience with us. I apologize you feel you wouldn't recommend our dealership due to lack of complimentary items. We do make every effort to make sure every visit from our guest that it is a positive one. As for the shuttle we do offer a complimentary pick up and drop off within a specified area, however for oil change services, it is usually done before the guest gets to their destination so we respectfully request our guests to wait for this service, we also offer our guests a comfortable lounge with free beverage and WIFI so that you could make use of the time you are waiting. We are always to open to comments and suggestions on how we can improve our guest service experience. If I could be of further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me.
