Tony, Vincent should not be keeping DOB and other private information obtained when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Despite request to NOT retain personal information he kept it and used it for marketing purposes. He's always apologetic and says "sorry", but I have the letters(2) asking him to delete my personal info. Then I also have his Happy Birthday greetings and letters mentioning that Camry(s) or other similar to what I had purchase vehicles are on promotion. Stamping his name and picture on everything in the owners' package is just the 1st major irritant.
