Amazing and honest purchase experience! I've bought quite a few cars (6 in the last 8 years) from different brands, and I've never received the type of service that Geoff and Suleman provide I've bought quite a few cars (6 in the last 8 years) from different brands, and I've never received the type of service that Geoff and Suleman provided me. Right from the beginning, I let Geoff know that I won't be able to come in and sit for a few hours while we work through numbers. With two small kids its impossible to have that sort of time. Geoff was completely understanding and worked with me via telephone and email. He gave me an unbelievable deal on my 2017 RAV4, and also got me a satisfactory amount on the trade-in. Suleman was extremely pleasant to work with for working through the numbers. Overall I feel that Geoff and Suleman work harder than most to develop a relationship with the customer. The level of transparency displayed here is unheard of in the automotive world. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Geoff if you are in the market for a Toyota. More

I recently changed a very expensive part of my Toyota Highlander which was guaranteed for two years and therefore when it was suggested that I had to change what I thought was a related part, I was not amused. I was set on trying my bet with a cheaper vehicle mechanic/repair shop. I am happy that Shamir, supported by Andrew shared their "technical wisdom" and educated me on my choices. I have been given the petulant and cavalier response 'it is your choice" before at this dealership in similar situations and this, not to mention the accompanying friendliness makes me appreciate the most, the services I get from this dealership. I truly felt that these gentlemen were on my side. I am certain that I am not alone when I conclude that such employees are inestimable assets to their employer. Exceptional purchasing experience Being an enthusiast, I did most of my research for the 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE and SE online in forums where I met Geoffrey Hills. He answered all my questions and gave me an aggressive price for both trims. With the vehicle being so new, I went to various dealers in search of a vehicle to test drive. All I will say is, the level of service, friendliness, and knowledge varies greatly between dealerships. Many dealers still play the long negotiating games which I dread because I value my time. After being unable to test drive an SE, I reached out to Geoff who offered me his own personal 2017 Highlander SE for a test drive when he received it from the factory. When I went into Erin Park Toyota for a test drive, Geoff was unable to leave the desk so he introduced me to Larry Kuka who took me out for a test drive. Larry even offered me to test drive his vehicle (2017 Highlander XLE) if I wanted to compare it to the SE. All I can say is "Wow"! Both Larry and Geoff are very easy going, very knowledgeable and at no time did they make me feel pressured to purchase anything. They laid out all my options, and what it will cost. Upon picking up my new vehicle Larry spent a considerable amount of time answering all my questions insuring I drove away happy. The free tank of gas was also a nice touch on an already pleasurable experience. Why all dealerships can't operate this way is beyond me. Buying a new vehicle shouldn't be stressful. Client service doesn't get any better than this!! I will most definitely be reaching out to Geoff and Larry at Erin Park Toyota when the time comes to purchase my next vehicle. Dealing with the professional and caring team that Geoffrey has at Erin Park Toyota was an absolute pleasure. We had a budget in mind and price was important for us and Geoffrey recognized this right away. The price he quoted us in the first 5 minutes of our very first interaction was the rock bottom price and that is the price we bought the vehicle at and I have to say it was the best price in town. The delivery was done on time as he promised and he offered us a car care package that is unheard of. My wife feels very safe driving the car as she knows we have the best in class service package that has us well protected. In the past we've always purchased a pre-owned vehicle and we were totally unsure if buying a brand new vehicle was the right thing to do, especially after hearing things from friends about a vehicle losing its value after leaving the showroom. I have to say, after the experience and knowledge Geoffrey provided, we will always buy a new car going forward and with the world class service that Geoffrey and his team provided, I can confidently say it will always be from Erin Park Toyota.
