When we contacted the dealership regarding the quote for Corolla IM, we got a quick and friendly response from PJ Caletti and Dane jeong. Dane gave us the price that was better than expected. Dane is a fantastic sales manager, keeping customers interest first, we never for once felt that we were being pressurized. The whole team at Erin park is amazingly polite, helpful and friendly. Took some time but the advisor was great I took my toyota to this dealer to purchase a new wheel lock and have it installed. It took them a lot of time for the task (over 1.5 hours to change I took my toyota to this dealer to purchase a new wheel lock and have it installed. It took them a lot of time for the task (over 1.5 hours to change 4 bolts) and the car was in the service bay (not on a waiting list). However, I was still satisfied by the time I left since Aaron has looked after me. He was very polite and apologetic about the delay, He had an affordable solution for all of my issues and he has great customer service. Would recommend. More
