Amazing Customer Service I recently purchased a Toyota 4 runner, my dream car from Erin Mills Toyota. I am a newcomer in Canada and hardly speak English. It was the first time I recently purchased a Toyota 4 runner, my dream car from Erin Mills Toyota. I am a newcomer in Canada and hardly speak English. It was the first time I was buying a brand new car. It was very hard for me because I didn't even know about the financing options, insurance,warranty and car brand. I was amazed by the quality of customer service and high level of professionalism and dedication to work provided by Areeb and Malik. Both made sure that I really understood every aspect of the purchasing experience. Areeb is THE BEST Sales Person I have met so far. Each and every question was answered promptly and honestly. He really made me feel that what mattered is the client above all. In French this feeling is known as 'Le client est Roi'. I rate Malik as the BEST Business Manager ever because he made sure that I obtained value for money and advised a lot on the financing part. I rate the team and Erin Mills Toyota 10 out of 10.
