I would like to give high praise to Erin Park and more specifically to my salesman Duke Lam. Not only was he a true professional. He was genuine, experienced and extremely funny. Through his sequence of service my visit became a wonderful experience, a Toyota moment. His approach was relaxed and inviting. He offered me a warm beverage and left me to tour the showroom on my own. No hassle, no pressure. I knew who I would now steer my questions towards if I needed any assistance. I spoke with Duke about my situation and the more we spoke the more inclined I became on considering a new vehicle. I left shortly after our talk and checked out other dealerships. But compared to everyone else, Duke always had quick and clear communication with me (e-mail or in-person) There was reason, conviction and authenticity everytime I raised a concern or question. Very knowledgeable. Before you know it, I'm a brand new owner of a Toyota Camry XSE. I would like to also mention even after the transaction and finalizing the last few steps of the purchase.
