Oil change My experience today and my interaction with my service advisor was very, very positive. I had to wait a few minutes outside my car until I was acknowl My experience today and my interaction with my service advisor was very, very positive. I had to wait a few minutes outside my car until I was acknowledged and then another few minutes to speak to my Service Advisor, Aaron Cooper. But from then on, it became much better. When I was told it would take about 1.5 hours, I requested a quicker service as I had to attend a funeral in the afternoon. Aaron said he would try to rush it and then I was asked to wait. Within 30 minutes, Aaron came to waiting area and announced my name. He had come through and got my appointment completed quickly so I could get ready to do my duties at the funeral. Aaron also pointed out that I need to change my tires soon and gave my an estimate and asked me to consider the replacement at the next service appointment. I was very impressed with Aaron’s service and his attention to clients request. Excellent More
