Our salesperson, Ran We purchased a new Toyota Highlander from Erin Park Toyota last week and were extremely happy with the service we have received. Our salesperson, Ranjiv was very professional, kind and helpful. He took his time to show and explain everything to us. Usually a dealership, is the last place I like to visit due to "pushy" and sometimes rude salesmen; however, this time it was a total different experience. We loved dealing with Ranjiv and if we ever decide to purchase something else, we would definitely see him again. Thank you Ranjiv. We should also mention Suleman, who was also extremely polite and cooperative with such a positive attitude. The whole purchase experience was very smooth, very professional and very efficient. Leasing of 2018 C-HR We were returning our 2013 Matrix-S, our 3rd Matrix since 2005. Really liked the new C-HR although it as well as the Corolla iM did not have a moonro We were returning our 2013 Matrix-S, our 3rd Matrix since 2005. Really liked the new C-HR although it as well as the Corolla iM did not have a moonroof. We also looked at Honda HR-V, Nissan Qash Qai, Hyundai Tucson and Subaru Crosstrek. First time car buyer with Erin Park Toyota In terms of all Toyota product reps, Mick is easily the top 1%. The amount of care he puts into his customers is worthy of the Toyota brand. I had In terms of all Toyota product reps, Mick is easily the top 1%. The amount of care he puts into his customers is worthy of the Toyota brand. I had contacted Mick with specific requirements of a Toyota Camry I was looking for. Low mileage, specific model, specific colour etc. He was able to source several vehicles meeting the specs and offered test drives in each of them. The level of professionalism was astounding. Mick had left me a voicemail in the afternoon which I did not see until about 7:30pm. I called for a last minute appointment to view a Camry I was interested in. The dealership closes at 9pm and Mick met me at 8pm that very night and ended up staying until 10pm to complete the sale. For a first time car buyer, I was feeling overwhelmed. This team walks you through the process with full transparency. The Sales Manager, Geoff Hills, was able to offer competitive pricing to other Toyota dealerships. In thee end, we were able to work out a deal that I am very impressed about. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing Toyota vehicles. More
