I reached back to him and explained my desire to buy the new 2018 camry xse 4cyl. He then setup a time that was convenient for me to meet him at which time I could first test drive the car and then later sit down and discuss numbers. Shad was highly proffesional and cordial he answered all my questions and never once was he pushy as he knew this was a big decision financially and wanted me to make the best decision having laid out all options for me. Knowing my mind was made up on the style and package of car I wanted Shad and his team got the process rolling to get me in the car at my earliest convenience. All paper work was taken care of and everything was expalined in great clarity. From the day I first walked in to the day I drove off with a huge smile on my face in my shiny new Camry 2018 xse the service and attention to detail was 5star.
