A1 Service Visited the dealer on a Friday. Aqib answered my many questions. In passing, I mentioned wondering how the new Camry Hybrid drove, but did not reque Visited the dealer on a Friday. Aqib answered my many questions. In passing, I mentioned wondering how the new Camry Hybrid drove, but did not request a test drive. Made an appointment to return with my wife the next day. When we visited, sure enough there was a Camry Hybrid with all the snow brushed off (late January/still snowing) and ready for our test drive. Aqib was prepared and made the sale that day. Ran into difficulty with getting the colour I wanted (none in Canada), but after waiting a couple of weeks settled on another colour. They kept me informed through the whole process. When I picked up the car, all the documents were prepared in advance and ready. They even worked through a challenging plate transfer (I was missing documents). Demod the car and I was on my way. I appreciate the respect of my time. This dealer made the process seamless. More
