RAV4 Purchase I first went in as a result of an ad on your website for a used RAV4. It wasn't on site at the time, but I was referred to Shad Haider. After a test d I first went in as a result of an ad on your website for a used RAV4. It wasn't on site at the time, but I was referred to Shad Haider. After a test drive, Shad suggested I consider a new vehicle and eventually, it seemed to make sense. Throughout the whole process, I found Shad to be very professional and informative without ever pressing. I was also impressed with the efficient way he handled all the paperwork on delivery, even though it was his day off. Everything was well organized and ready for signatures. The only problem I've encountered so far is one licence plate screw with the wrong thread. All in all, it's been a relatively painless experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shad. But I really miss my old Avalon. More

Geoff resolved a major issue on the Toyota brochure misprint WE bought a Toyota sienna XLE 2018 last week and at time of picking up. while inspecting the pre delivery inspection,, we found out one of the feature WE bought a Toyota sienna XLE 2018 last week and at time of picking up. while inspecting the pre delivery inspection,, we found out one of the feature mentioned on the Toyota sienna brochure was not in the Van . This was a feature my wife was sold to and a major decision moving from a lower trim to an XLE model. This was a big disappointment for us. My sales person , Mr Areeb also was going by the print brochure and was surprised to find it was not there. Mr Geoff and Areeb went out of their way to find a solution for the mistake Toyota Canada had created and made up for the lack of feature and compensated us in few discounts order to make us happy and drive home the van. Hats off to Mr. Geoff's presence of mind and Areeb's calming assurance during a tense phase. At the end , all of us were happy. GREAT customer service More
