Excellent customer service!!! I got my Corolla from Erin Park Toyota today. These guys are awesome, especially Mr. Karl Koker & Geoffrey Hills. Karl is the one with whom i interact I got my Corolla from Erin Park Toyota today. These guys are awesome, especially Mr. Karl Koker & Geoffrey Hills. Karl is the one with whom i interacted more. This gentleman met me right near the entrance on my first visit and gave me every small details /updates until he handed over the car key to me today ,almost a week after my first visit. His explanations on vehicles features, finance options, maintenance ..etc was awesome. Apart from his good knowledge on vehicles hes got great skills and charms of winning customers heart by his friendly nature and smiling face. He was even ready to do some works by himself !!!!, though he was not responsible for that!! , to expedite the process and make me get the car on time!!!.I'm sure hes put lot of , continuous effort to ensure the delivery is done today. I'm very very pleased by his service and i'm already referring few of my friends to him , who are looking for new car. I would also like to thank Geoff for his kind service. Despite being senior person, i saw he himself applying the last coat of polish to my car, sweating in hot sun outside,while i was completing the documentation!!!!.
