He looked up the extended warranty on this issue for me, I was within the mileage but unfortunately over the time limit period. This is an example of how he tries to help his customers and support Toyota. We have been dealing with Mario for more than 10 years purchasing 3 vehicles from Erin Park only because of Mario.
