Super Mario - as I call him - has been, and will continue to be my 'go-to' service rep. for customer service done right. Mario exhibits exemplary communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to anticipate surprises. I meet Andrew, who is eager to look after my needs in the same manner I am accustomed to, with Mario. He reassured me that everything would be completed that meet the best standards of service. Recommend? It depends. Service is great while the car is under warranty. After warranty, they become greedy and untrustworthy. They do not do services by the book. Service charges are padded. Ordinary stuff like brake jobs are almost twice the price of independents. Sales was good 8 years ago. Recently they have hired multiple people who know nothing about the cars they sell, yet are free to offer unsolicited advice. There are no car people around. They can't say "I don't know, but I will find out and let you know. Misinformation abounds like "none of the cars have leather seats, they all have synthetic like the RAV4" etc Pity. More

I was promised free service for a year, but it was a lie. I bought a certified pre-owned Toyota at this location, the salesman threw in free service for a year. The first time I had the service, they charged I bought a certified pre-owned Toyota at this location, the salesman threw in free service for a year. The first time I had the service, they charged me nearly $300. They deny such a promise, then I wrote a poor review and the service rep called me back and apologize. Saying that the sale person Nick has left and she believes it was only for the basic oil change, so it does not include the more complicated services. So I went in another 6 months later. I was still charged $90 for the basic oil change. What's more was that I waited 4 hours for a mere oil change. Then without apologies. "Well, it's Friday." Then don't schedule so many customers if you can't handle the workload! The salesman also promised that they would change the wipers for me. I didn't mind paying for them, but he said it was alright. Turns out they didn't change it. A week after I bought the car, there was a storm. I couldn't see a xxxx thing with the old wipers. It was a safety issue. Of course, they didn't pay for the replacement. Despite being "Certified Pre-owned", there was a lot of issues I had to worry about. On top of all that, they got my name wrong. I told the sales and the reception at the time I signed the papers. They said, "It's alright. I'll make a note here and take care of it. But they didn't, and the documents just multiply from there. They are unwilling to correct them. I had to call every xxxx department that receives the wrong name to correct it. I also find it very annoying that they constantly get the manager to come to intimidate me, a petite woman. He would put up the chair and pump it up to the tallest position and talk down to me, pressure me to buy the extended warranty. It was dreadful. The manager did agree on the free one-year oil change service. I would advice getting it in writing if you are presented with a deal. More
