In this present day, it is hard to feel that you are not being taken advantage of when getting your car serviced. Mario has always been fair in advising on the work that needs to be done and at competitive rates. As a person, he is courteous, displays confidence and is extremely competent. In short, I trust him and would recommend to any other Toyota owner that they go see Mario to have their Toyota service needs taken care of. I have always left the service department feeling happily satisfied. Mario you are a 10 out of 10! More

I have never been more disrespected in my life in such a way by Nelson Ng the service manager at Erin park Toyota. Pretty much telling me I’m a liar and get out of my face without listening to a word I’m sa way by Nelson Ng the service manager at Erin park Toyota. Pretty much telling me I’m a liar and get out of my face without listening to a word I’m saying and not even trying to apologize for his team messing up with my car, my time and money. The worst experience ever that it left me in tears. I even had an employee come up to me and give me the GM contact info that I’m yet to speak with because this is not the first time they saw such a bad service from Nelson to other customers. My dad and having been leasing our cars from there for many years now and when that lease is over I’m def taking my business to another dealership which is not fair for the sales person who worked so hard on keeping us as returning customer. It’s called a service department for a reason, to service your clients with the upmost respect even if they are not right and if you can’t you shouldn’t be dealing with customers, period. Something has to be done And actions has to be taken as I’m not letting this one go, it’s just unacceptable and degrading. From a very disappointed Non returning customer. RA More

Larry was referred to me by my mom, who has worked with him for years. He was awesome and seemingly found us the last available van in the country in the only colour combination we wanted. He is knowledgeable and gives me great advice on how to maintain my car. It gives me great peace of mind that when my car goes in for a service it is in experienced and capable hands. I wish to highlight my recent experience which would not have been possible if Mario was not there. I am unwell and am partly bed ridden and realized that my car needed an oil and tire change to winter tires. I called Mario and explained my situation to him and he responded immediately, taking care of my request within 48 hours! Thank you Mario for all that you do!! More
