So, I am writing this cause I am frustrated by this dealership's policies. what we look for is after sales customer service and this dealership has just tested my patience to on last level. I had lease from this dealership and it was great sales exp. one day and all done. But after year due to Covid-19 lots of people's situation changed and so does mine. and decided to transfer my lease. Finance Manager (all) none of them answer phone calls, none of them reply email , none of them reply to voice mails even. such a bad customer service by finance department. Also stupid policy is you have to visit dealership physically to transfer lease. really? why cant you do digitally ?I bloody purchase my house without visiting person physically , I am sure my house cost more than $30k. what a disaster... if you looking for after service, this dealership is not the correct place. Incompetent management and service I had bought a car last week and when i received the car, we had to bring it back 2 days later as it already had issues with the radio, rodders, break I had bought a car last week and when i received the car, we had to bring it back 2 days later as it already had issues with the radio, rodders, breaks, and none of the fluids had been inspected. We went back to talk to them and the Manager names Chris was being incredibly rude telling us they do not have to do any of those things and they made up numbers and tried to lie to a mechanic about the service that was done. In the frustration we asked the manager if he would be happy and would come back if he was in my shoes, he nodded and said "NO". If the manager would not be happy with his own workers, it tells you on the people who you would be dealing with and who are supposed to provide you a safe car especially with what they call to be the TOYOTA CERTIFIED SAFETY INSPECTION. Toyota backs their product! I have a 2011 Toyota Rav4. It had paint peeling problems (for that year and paint code) for which I was sent an unsolicited notice early 2020 after c I have a 2011 Toyota Rav4. It had paint peeling problems (for that year and paint code) for which I was sent an unsolicited notice early 2020 after car is 9 years old to take in for evaluation to have a repaint evaluation under a recall for that issue. The evaluation was approved and they re-pained the whole vehicle no charge. I did not expect this, I am so impressed that Toyota backs up their product to this degree and the courtesy and professionalism of the service staff at Erin Park being Nick and Kiril that I dealt with were just outstanding. I am a Toyota customer for life and will always go to Erin Park for my Toyota needs. Rob Eberts More
