We completely understand your disappointment with your trade value, for a 17 year old car you have done a great job maintaining it and keeping it on the road…not many cars can do that but certainly your Toyota again proves the strength and long term reliability of the brand. We share in your disappointment as not getting you a value you want is certainly not in our best interest as it prevents us from being able to do business with you. I am aware you have already reviewed this matter with our Sales Leader Suleman, our General Sales Manager Tony, and yet based on your review it would appear you are still feeling unresolved. PJ, How you deal with your customers is a reflection on the experience that will make customers loyal to you. It is not about disappointment about a trade in value of a 17 year old car, it is about appreciation of business and true customer service. Again it is your reputation as a dealership is on the market.

Don’t waste your time if you are thinking of buying a car at the dealership. Your will treated so badly, find a different dealer that will appreciate you as a customer not to treat like nothing.
