Dear Zhan: Upon noticing your survey I took the liberty to review our documents for your recent visit, although I understand we were able to accept your vehicle for service that day, appointments are always recommended so we can accurately account for the work load of the day so that we are able to give our guest a high level of service level. The documents also indicates my staff reviewed with you ahead of time that there was an outstanding recall on your vehicle during check in, I apologize if the point didn’t come across and was clear to you when you authorized for us to proceed, and also for the added time this may have taken. As for the broken vent cover that you mention, I was not made aware of this and found out from your survey and I am more than happy to look at what happened, and review with you what I can or prepare to do if given the opportunity. Your staff did NOT mention about a recall to me before the service. It was when I got up to inquire why its taking so long that he then addressed there's a "software recall". And even then, i dont think the car needs to be mechanically taken apart to update the software. The cover at the bottom of the glove compartment isn't entI rely broken, it is failing to snap back in place which is making it dangle. Like I said, there is absolutely no reason for me to even go to that area, if it wasn't for the wire that I was trying to tuck away, I would've never know. Either the car came like that or when I had my car previously serviced at erin park accidently damaged it. In either case , the fault is not mine. I've always had good experience in the past with you guys. It is unfortunate that this incident gave me a really soured taste with you guy . I work 6 days a week, of which I sacrifice my time with my only day off from the week to have my car serviced with you guys. I couldve been spending it with my kids. When you guys make me waste my time like that, you better be sure I'm mad.
