Extremely disappointing experience with Erin Park Toyota regarding a windshield replacement. I had my 2023 Toyota RAV4 windshield replaced through Erin Park Toyota, and the replacement glass has a visible regarding a windshield replacement. I had my 2023 Toyota RAV4 windshield replaced through Erin Park Toyota, and the replacement glass has a visible 1 ft × 1 ft distortion right in the center of the driver’s view. It causes eye strain and visibly alters road perception. Initially, the service team and manager acknowledged the issue, but after months of follow-ups, Toyota Canada and the dealership have both refused to provide any documentation or solution — only saying that the distortion is “normal.” I compared my car with several new Toyota vehicles at their lot (Crown, Corolla, RAV4); none had this distortion. Yet Erin Park Toyota has not taken ownership of the issue despite it being a clear defect. It has now been over three months, and the lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism from both Erin Park Toyota and Toyota Canada has been incredibly disappointing. For a brand built on quality and trust, this experience has been the opposite — no resolution, no communication, and no customer respect. The third-party installer was recommended by the dealership was the same vendor used by them for all windscreen replacements. When the issue was first raised, the service advisor and manager inspected the vehicle and acknowledged the distortion before escalating to Toyota Canada. Despite several follow-ups, I have still not received any inspection report, technical documentation, or confirmation from Toyota about the quality or source of the replacement glass — only repeated statements that “it’s normal.” There are multiple public reports of Toyota owners describing the same problem: 👉 ToyotaNation Forum – Ripple Distortion in Windshield This clearly shows that the issue is not isolated and has been occurring for a while. Toyota and its dealerships should acknowledge this recurring quality problem rather than dismissing legitimate concerns. My comments are factual, documented, and supported by photos and videos. I urge anyone visiting this dealership to inspect replacement parts thoroughly, get all details in writing, and verify everything before authorizing service. More

Went for an oil change at Erin Park Toyota, appointment was for 10:15, I was told they were a bit behind, my car was taken in at 11:45!! They should get a better system for simple things like oil changes, either have one person doing them all day, or just have them in on a certain day, maybe they should recommend another place to get an oil change done such as Canadian Tire or Mr. Lube, they always seem to be close to the appointment time. Very poor service, would be nice if they could offer the next oil change either half price or free to make up for my whole morning being wasted. More
