Friendly efficient deal making!! I was contacted 2 yrs into my current lease to see if I wanted to be pulled forward (leased from another dealership). New 2017 MDX elite for less payment than my 2014 MDX elite. They ordered in the color I wanted, added running boards and trailer hitch and I came in to pick it up last week. Painless and hassle free. Great to deal with. I've always been impressed with Acura and now Erin Mills Acura has become my new Acura Home I want to add that Don and Porya are not the typical pushy salespeople. They actually first contacted me a month before this deal, I wasn't ready then. Numbers weren't quite right. They didn't keep bugging me but instead gave me space to think about my current lease situation. A freindly follow-up 3 weeks later led to the deal above. Awesome experience. One small glitch, the wrong color came in due to some miscommunication. They fixed right away, getting the correct vehicle from another dealer!!! Awesome to deal with. Thanks Porya for fixing my XM radio on Thanksgiving Sunday!!! More
