The minute I arrived and started to walk the lot Maggie met me at the front door in the pouring rain. She took into consideration my families needs and over the course of a week and 3 different visits as well as keeping contact off hours working to get me the customer the best possible deal. Began looking for a 7 seater suv a few years old and ended up with a brand new Dodge Caravan 2017 for a smarter interest and amazing bi weekly payment. Tina Jeffers was also a wonderful person and explained everything in detail before any decisions were finalized. I was even given a free gift. Can't wait to pick up my new car tmoro. Let me explain in brief. My current SUV is one year old in April. I'm not going to name the vehicle as I don't believe in bashing through social media platforms. Let's just say I am a little disappointed with the decision I made a year later. When I walked in to the dealership I was immediately met by a representative from Jeep, I thought I won a car the way they greeted me. Imagine! As good fortune for me I was paired up with Maggie. I couldn't have been happier, as she and I discussed options and features. Yes we even test drove one. I have to admit that when we got back she instantly had a quote put together for me. Keep in mind I had no intention of buying another new SUV one year after the fact. I love the passion she had for her job as she tried every way to win me over to purchase. I was introduced to the sales manager Kal, who by all account is a stand up guy, clearly motivated to see his dealership succeed. I know this review may appear long and at the end of the day I walked away, only due to the fact that I will be responsible for my choice in vehicles. I will say this that, when I am ready to purchase a new SUV, I have no doubt that I will come knocking at their door again. More
