It was a sad day for me. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it but knew it was possibly time for a new car. I went online and checked out 2020 fusion hybrid titaniums online for sale.. I found one that looked like it was in very good condition, at Nissan. I decided to “request a test drive” online. It was 1am when I did it. I woke up the next day to a text from RAHUL!! Rahul Siwach is absolutely insane 🙂. He’s so intense and informative and enthusiastic. This text had the info on the car, the information of their address and phone number, he even had a video attached of the walk around of the unit. Unbelievable. Then he called at around 1pm to offer any help needed or any questions I may have. I asked him if I could come meet him at 4pm. Husband and I arrived at 3:20. I texted Rahul to let him know we were there but it was early so we understand if we need to wait and that we’ll look around. He promptly responded letting us know he’ll be right out. He came out and found us. Greeted us with a sincere strong handshake, and smile. We started talking and hit it off right away. He’s very kind and approachable. He had product knowledge on the car and was able to answer me questions. Then he let me rest drive it and I was in love with the car. We then go in to talk numbers. The manager, of sales, Zach came to Rahul’s desk to chat with us. Zach was so full of energy. He had an incredible vibe. We talked to him about my focus not working and we talking about the options. He was non judgemental about my old car not starting, he wasn’t judgemental about a dent I had on it due to someone getting me in the parking lot somewhere. He was sooo kind. We had a great chat and he made sure that everything was so clear to us. He was so personable and he made me feel so comfortable even when I was embarrassed about my focus not working. He made the place feel so alive with his energy and he plays music that makes you feel pumped up. Just amazing. Wow we were impressed. We decided yes we want the car and we knew that we could trust these people and they are the real deal. Not sketchy at all!!!! So we went through with it. We met Rod Valdez, the finance manager. He is unbelievable. He has soooo much experience and seriously knows what he is doing. I was very nervous and my husband and I may not be approved. We weren’t sure. We tried and within about half hour he had an approval for both of us on the loan. He was so knowledgeable about finance and the cars/trucks too which really impressed me. The way he explained every little thing. The way he was so calming and easy going. Very relaxed vibe for a finance office. He was professional and efficient. This was the easiest and most relaxed experience I’ve had buying a car. A big part of getting people approved is how you put the application together. He knew just how to do it effortlessly. He’s amazing. Then the next thing you know this incredible man comes up to talk about a new service they are trying out. They want to help you get service and in inspection and everything, and help your friends get the service too! It’s such a great way to help the community and help their customers. This company really has it together and they very much value every person that comes in looking. At the end we took a nice picture and they gave me a cleaning kit for my car since it’s white and Rahul and I had been talking about wanting to keep it clean. They also introduced me to the service staff and showed me their desk and set up my first appointment for me. They took amazing care of me and their smile was contagious. If you are even thinking about a new vehicle, please go to Nissan Erickson downtown Edmonton. You will be amazed. I was blown away and so was my husband. The communication was so fast from everyone there and it made it so smooth. Thank you Nissan Erickson downtown Edmonton, you guys are the best. It has now been 2 weeks that I have had the car. Not one problem with the car. The car is in amazing condition and the shop there is very informative and there list of different things checked was legitimate. The wheel steers straight and the car is so very smooth. I appreciate the quality of the unit they gave me and the mechanical work to make it brand new for me. I am beyond impressed. My husband is very happy we went here also he loved seeing me so well taken care of and they took the time to make us happy in every way they could. Ericksen Nissan downtown Edmonton. Took a look at the reviews. What I see is Ericksen employees are good at sales but the dealership does not stand behind the product if there is a problem. I went in to see the 2018 Mini Countryman they have and I was helped by Rahul, a very nice and friendly person and super respectful. It was time for me to put an offer on this Mini so that’s when sales m I was helped by Rahul, a very nice and friendly person and super respectful. It was on a Sunday and so Elias said he’ll see what he can do and will let me know by Monday but I never heard back from him. On Wednesday I received a message from Zack(a different sales manager) asking if I’m still looking for a vehicle. I told him I’m interested in the mini if they accept my offer and I explained how I’d want to add a warranty. He then asked me what kind of warranty I’m interested in so we can “work out a rough idea for us”. That’s when I asked him if this meant they accept my offer but unfortunately he stopped replying after that. Shortly after, I called them and told the receptionist to pass on a message that I’m not interested anymore. Before I went in to this dealer I read the positive reviews so I was confident and excited going in but after this experience I’m super disappointed. I’ve never encountered anything like this before, it’s just so unprofessional and shows how careless they can be. Also, I let them know if this deal works I’ll be taking this mini to the Mini Edmonton for an inspection, so them ignoring like this is giving me the vibe that something may really be wrong with this car. They don’t have to accept my offer but I would’ve at least appreciated a reply saying “sorry we can not accept this offer”. I don’t know if they deserve to hold the title of a “Sales Manager”, from my experience I believe that sales consultant Rahul would be more fit for this position! A Sales Manager must be more caring, professional and be able to follow up with clients. Very bad! More
