Billy closed the deal I wanted. Don't be afraid to negotiate people!! The first offer from the dealerships very much to their benefit! The finance manager Juliana was particularly awesome! I came in to Ericksen wanting to get into a new luxury class sedan. Unfortunately the Maxima was outside my budget but Eric was quickly able to suggest a few used sedan's he had available. I ended up gett class sedan. Unfortunately the Maxima was outside my budget but Eric was quickly able to suggest a few used sedan's he had available. I ended up getting into a gorgeous used Audi. Eric's knowledge was above and beyond and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer even though I didn't expect him to know about other brands. The entire process was quick and painless. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone but Eric in the future! More
