When I moved into the area in 2012, I chose Endras BMW for servicing my existing BMW. I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the Endras team. I explained to Luke that I was about nine months away from making a purchase decision on my next car. Luke made a very compelling case for me to consider accelerating that decision. Notwithstanding a very attractive promotion for 2013 models, I chose to place a factory order for a 2014 X1 model. This was my sixth purchase of a BMW and I had the benefit of experiences at two other BMW dealers in the past purchases. Luke was very helpful in advising me to choose the custom configuration that met my needs. After the order was placed Luke was very keen in assisting me to track the progress of the new vehicle from production through to ultimate delivery. Yesterday, my wife and I took delivery of our new vehicle and we couldn't have been happier. Luke was very organized with the usual paperwork and we were soon in the delivery area, behind the wheel. Luke provided a very comprehensive review of all features and made sure my cell phone was paired and ready to go before we left.
