My first meeting with Roy occurred about one year prior to me considering purchasing a new vehicle. At that time, Roy provided me with a great deal of information regarding the model I was potentially int to me considering purchasing a new vehicle. He capably provided detailed information and patiently waited for me to make a decision to purchase the vehicle. He did not pressure me at any point in time, and after a few weeks of deliberation, I decided to purchase the new 2014 X5. The purchase/ordering process was efficiently executed. I wanted to share my thoughts on my recent purchase of my 2014 X3 with Endrasbmw BMW. Roy is a superb salesperson who attends to every detail of the sale both during and afterwards. He spent time long distance with me around details of doing the deal before I had made my final decision to purchase with a trade in of the X5. He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him to friends and family. I look forward to my next purchase with him. The service department was also accommodating during the issues with my 2009 X5. It was unfortunate they needed so much time before diagnosing the problem with the Diesel engine, but I do understand these issues can be challenging. To their credit they provide me with a "loaner" vehicle for the duration of the time covering several weeks. They were very attentative and kept me informed throughout the process.
