I wanted to share my thoughts on my recent purchase of my 2014 X3 with Endrasbmw BMW. Roy is a superb salesperson who attends to every detail of the sale both during and afterwards. He spent time long distance with me around details of doing the deal before I had made my final decision to purchase with a trade in of the X5. He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him to friends and family. I look forward to my next purchase with him. The service department was also accommodating during the issues with my 2009 X5. It was unfortunate they needed so much time before diagnosing the problem with the Diesel engine, but I do understand these issues can be challenging. To their credit they provide me with a "loaner" vehicle for the duration of the time covering several weeks. They were very attentative and kept me informed throughout the process. The first time I met Jason was in April 2013 he was very informative and patient with my million and one question Jason is FANTASTICALLY AWESOME!!! The first time I met Jason was in April 2013 he was very informative and patient with my million and one questions. He answered all of them and more. He took me on two test drives in the Countryman. Never once did he seemed annoyed or I was a waste of his time. Even though I did not purchase a car at that time, he thought of me again November 2013 for a Countryman demo that was available at a great price. I ended up buying this time. Jason was there every step of the way once again. When I picked up my car he sat with me for about half an hour showing me all the cool fun stuff that my new car can do. Once I got the car home and was showing it off to my family. We noticed a few very minor issues with the car. When I told Jason of these issues, right a way he said bring it back in and he would have it fixed. No hesitation. Gave me a loaner car for the weekend as well. Can't say enough about Jason. I would recommend him to any and everyone. Thank you Jason!!! More
