We had to order our car in since it was a 2015 435i gran coupe model and Jay was there all the way from the configuration till the day I rode off with the car. Anytime I had a question, he would pick up my call right away. When the car arrived at the dealership, Jay did a full inspection of the car. Apparently there was a small scratch on one of the rims from the transport and he was able to notify me right away and get the rim replaced! I have never met a more honest salesman and he felt like a close friend the whole way through. I will, without a doubt, recommend him to all my friends and family who are looking into buying a BMW in the near future.
