irresponsible dealer, save yourself a headache I ordered a BMX X5 from them back in August. I selected mocha interior and it was clearly printed in the contract, also signed by both parties. After 3 month waiting, I got call and told the car is arrived last week, I went there and found the delivery was with Terra interior. There was not much arguing as the contract is so clear. The sales manager, Javin Hui said he would give an answer next morning. It has been a week so far, he has never come back to me. I have tried to contact him for 10 times including emails, calls, left him messages, no response at all. Fortunately, his colleague, Robert response the email two times, but still no progress, and not very responsive either. will complain to BMW Canada and OMVIC, and take further legal action if necessary. horrible experience Don't buy new motorcycles from these guys, they won't stand behind their product, they state that other bikes have the same problems as my 2011 g 650 Don't buy new motorcycles from these guys, they won't stand behind their product, they state that other bikes have the same problems as my 2011 g 650 gs, like licence plate and rear brake lights falling off it or the engine compartment leaking or needing to have to replace starter relay once a year, all under 10000 km, oh yeah and there are no motorcycle lemon laws and there is nothing they can do for you,therefore just keep coming in and they are happy to fix the issues, as long as warranty last, after that good luck try to maintain the bike. Buying a new Mini Cooper s My wife and I went into Endras to look at a mini, we had always thought the cars were cool, but never really looked into it. Spoke with Jason, and he was so relaxed and not pushy. He let us test drive the car and we were sold on the vehicle but not sure about dealership as we wanted to shop it a bit. Went to a couple and pricing was similar in all places but Jason was the best sales person we spoke with. He knew the most and was not belittling when we were shopping. We bought from there. During our wait for the car, I was surprised that he kept in weekly contact with us regarding our vehicle status. For a sales person these days, that was a surprise. Then when it came in he let us know the moment it arrived and delivered the car the next day. Great service from start to finish. Jason was very accommodating in placing my order in the line as early as he could and very honest and dedicated when trying to get me the best price in my trade in. Everything was transparent and gave me a great feeling of trust. Then, when ordering and building the new M4, Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the car and provided invaluable recommendations that made my experience very satisfying and know that my car will be exactly what I wanted/needed. Not only did he beat the other dealer's offer, he explained every dealer options to me clearly so I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage. I felt the price was excellent. At delivery, Jason knew I was anxious to receive my car, so he kept me abreast of the production and shipment so that I knew and was comfortable with the wait time. He called and contacted once the car was here and performed very quick turn around in order to meet my urgent delivery request. Not only was he accommodating for a night time delivery but also stayed late just so he can help me get some pristine pictures of the car and explain all the features as I requested. The car was detailed and prepared to perfection. Even after delivery, Jason made sure everything was good and followed up. Jason is very professional and passionate about his work. Definitely one of the better BMW rep I have dealt with in my 20 years of buying BMW. More
