The sales rep was fixated on his own gains and status and when he got a less than '10' he became a 'suck' rather than a professional striving for perfection rather the expecting perfection. I emailed my concerns to the owner of the dealership who never responded. Many BMW employees were ex-GM flunkies, this group must have came from the Danforth. Towne & Country BMW laughed when they heard my experience with Endras. Towne & Country are professionals and have all my business now. Drive past Endras and go to Towne & Country. More

We were greeted by friendly Rida Haider the moment we walked in, and every moment from there forward was positive. We didn't get that slimy feeling that other dealerships give us. Rida was super knowledgeable not only about the car, but she knew how to drive it!! Don't be fooled by her sweet personality - she literally had me at acceleration! She was pleasant to deal with, very patient, and not pushy. She kept in touch with us over the weekend, and the day we picked up the car, I think she was just as excited as we were! She made sure there was a pretty red bow on it and was right there to take pictures of us with it. Her demeanor was outstanding and what I would expect from a salesperson anywhere I go. Top notch! We also dealt with Rene Jung, who was just as friendly and passionate and took the time to go over the financial stuff and answer all our questions. Manager Joe Kosmo was a nice man and came by to say hello at every visit we made. Tre Ramore, our Delivery Specialist, was a polite young man who took time to teach us how to use the features in the car - something we've never experienced when buying a car. All the staff, from the Concierge to Parts were friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
