Get the car home only to have other issues that they claim they had nothing to do with. My car never had issues before they started messing with it. They just want to take all the money they can from you. Worst service ever. I will never return and will post at as many places about the service and unproferionalism. Service dept lies to customers about replacing parts I brought my BMW X5 in to replace my wheel hub but they told me they couldn’t get the hub off the suv saying it was totally rusted onso they would nee I brought my BMW X5 in to replace my wheel hub but they told me they couldn’t get the hub off the suv saying it was totally rusted onso they would need to replace the whole axel which would have cost me over $2500. I decided to get a second opinion and took my vehicle to BMAC instead and they had no problem removing the wheel hub saving me $2500. I no longer trust BMW so service my vehicle as I don’t trust them and you shouldn’t either. Once Bmac fixed my wheel hub and I got my vehicle back wouldn’t you know it two days later an engine light goes amber and I take it to bmac to repair since I don’t trust BMW and they tell me they can’t diagnose the problem because BMW doesn’t share codes to any other garage. I have no choice but to take it back to BMW and they screwed me again. Two xxxxing sensors cost me $2700 to replace. I wrote a letter directly to the service manager and have since been ignored. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They basically don’t care about their customers, just how much money they can screw you out of. I loved my BMW for 4 years but not any more. I can’t wait to get rid of it. More

I was told that my car was ready for pick up 4 days ago, I arrived by taxi at the designated time, waited in the service centre for 4 hours, and finally, at closing time, they told me the car was too dangerous to drive...I had to taxi home. I took the car in for an oil change and to have the software updated! Otherwise, the car was fine. How is it now too dangerous to drive??? I felt as though I knew more about the car than the service people did! It's been 6 days since the car was dropped off for service and I have no idea when I will get it back. STAY AWAY! More
Place looks fantastic, thats the only upside of a visit Elite service needs its own repair. Why would you put a $80,000 car though a car wash and not hand wash it? While I was there two other people complained about their vehicles where still dirty and not washed correctly. Apart from the bill that was not approved by the customer, my vehicle was held hostage until I paid it. Jason the Service manager is arrogant and will leave a customer sit for 45 Minutes to an hour. When he finally comes out he will talk to you like it is beneath him and act as if he's doing you a favour. He had mentioned he would put a note on file not to wash my car again since I complained. I had dealt with him a couple times and seen him speak to others the same way. This is not the first complaint about being treated with arrogance on this site and I bet it will not be the last. ELITE you need to wake up, we would like a BMW service centre in the East end of Ottawa that treats customers with respect and left feeling valued. I would give the service side a better rating than one, but since the lot and car washers are part of the the service I have to give it ONLY one. Of course the costumer repair charge without approval didn't help. More

My car broke down 40 minutes from closing time and would not get there on the tow truck before close, i called the dealer and they told me to bring the car to them, when i asked what to do with the car when it got there the lady told me she would go ask a "BMW genius" and call me back, she never called me back so i had to call her back only to be told to leave my car ON THE STREET and no solution to drop off the car keys. To add insult to injury i was denied a courtesy car because i did not buy my BMW at this dealer, i was however bringing them a 15+ thousand dollar repair job at my expense! The least they could have done is provide me with a courtesy car of any kind. I have enjoyed many years of BMW ownership but reliability has gone utterly downhill, maintenance costs are wildly out of proportion for a car no more complex than a lexus or acura and they do not care about their customers like before they became mass sellers and the dealers could not care less about offering a luxury experience. In the aftermath of this event i have sold my x1 for parts and have bought an Acura and am strongly recommending anyone who is considering purchase of a BMW to go elsewhere and invest in another luxury car company? that actually cares about the quality and dependability of it's vehicles and doesn't treat buyers of it's entry level cars like expendable nuisances. More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I was refused service by a BMW dealership despite the lack of a financial appraisal and having booked a test drive and appointment twice. I went into the dealership with my cousin, a black male, on both occasions. We both work for the federal government and I already own a BMW. During the first visit, I made the receptionist aware of our appointment and was told to wait. No one came to serve us so I directly asked to speak with the manager. Almost an hour later, the Sales Manager, Neb Zorkic, spoke to us but said that he couldn’t serve us because they were hosting an exclusive private event. The next day I received two calls from customer service agents asking about my appointment. When they were made aware of this, both apologized profusely and rebooked the appointment. However, the next time we walked into the dealership, the Sales Manager simply looked at us, shook his head and had his dealer tell us that we were not given permission to test drive the car. As someone who is aware of the process of purchasing a BMW and who watched numerous customers (walk ins) receive service, it was evident that this refusal of service was based on racial bias. I will be reporting this to head office, but figured I would write a review as a warning to others. All of the reviews online are 1 or 5 stars; it is likely that this dealership posts positive reviews to hide the authentic ones More
