Everyone took a moment to say hello and welcome us, but did not try to swoop in to get a sale. It was this no pressure approach that put our minds at ease as we knew they wanted us as part of their long term customer family and not just for a quick sale. Secondly, we had the pleasure of dealing with Jason DaSilva (JD) and my wife and I could not have asked for anyone better. It was clear from the start the JD was an honest, trustworthy person with great integrity, who spoke with passion, enthusiasm, and candor. He was personable and genuinely cared about getting us in the right vehicle. JD did not try to push any vehicle on us or suggest vehicles that were out of our price range. JD spent the time listening to what we were looking for and provided many options, taking the time necessary to explain the details and answer our many questions. One of the nicest things was that JD was reachable. You could text or call and he was there or would get back to you immediately. JD went the extra mile to find the vehicle we were looking for in our price range and provided comparable options for our consideration. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Within minutes, Dan ran all of the numbers and was able to accurately tell me my savings. Once he and I test drove the vehicle I was sold. I was glad that Danny made sure I purchased a Dart with the necessary upgrades to ensure resale-ability. Not only do I feel confident in maintaining value in the vehicle I very much enjoy having the upgrades like touch screen and navigation - they do come in handy! More
