Happy Experience! Normally I dread buying a new/used vehicle. Why? Because I don't have much faith in the process or have to go from one dealer to another to look at Normally I dread buying a new/used vehicle. Why? Because I don't have much faith in the process or have to go from one dealer to another to look at various models and then wait to hear of the 'deals' I can get, how much I can save, and the process and experience just drag on while I lose my enthusiasm. This particular morning we drove to Elgin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and cruised through the lot to see if there was anything there I might like, and there was! On the way to the showroom we bumped into Heath Manning. What a great experience working with him. He showed us the Dodge Durango I was interested in, pointed out there was a 2nd one available, and was just generally very personable and extremely helpful. His sense of humour is infectious and he knows the vehicles and what they are capable of, and he went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered.
