Very helpful and explaining all the new features from my 2013 to 2018. Did not feel pressured what soever to purchase this vehicle and Jeff has a vast knowledge of each vehicle he is selling. "Jeff has done it again" Jeff was amazing again. We went in to replace a battery in our remote and left owning a brand new Dodge Caravan. When he found out that we were lookin Jeff was amazing again. He walked us over to it and it was love at first sight. It was white to match our Dodge Ram Truck, that he sold us in the summer. We love it and are enjoying it so much.
