My best ever car buying experience ever A couple of weeks ago, I purchased this 2018 Grand Cherokee Altitude from Elgin Chrysler Jeep and I could not be happier. While this is my fifth Jeep A couple of weeks ago, I purchased this 2018 Grand Cherokee Altitude from Elgin Chrysler Jeep and I could not be happier. While this is my fifth Jeep (including a 2012 Overland), for the past few years I was driving SUVs from BMW, Mercedes, Audi and, Volkswagen. After driving the Altitude for two weeks now, I could not be happier. I added the 9 speakers option, sunroof, the all-weather package, and the Quadra-Trac II system. The vehicle looks great and the greatest difficulty I had was choosing a color option. They all look great. What made me come back to Jeep was not only that this is a very honest no-nonsense vehicle that has seen substantial refinements, but also the incredible dealership experience. Amazing experience buying my wrangler I went to a few different dealerships in London before coming to Elgin Chrysker Jeep Dodge Ram. All the other dealerships were very pushy or assumed s I went to a few different dealerships in London before coming to Elgin Chrysker Jeep Dodge Ram. All the other dealerships were very pushy or assumed since I am a bit younger I wasn't looking to buy. After walking around the lot for a bit Paul came out and was very friendly. Told him I was looking to trade up to a wrangler. Showed me what he recommends. He was extremely knowledgable and was not overly aggressive to get a sale. Made me feel very comfortable with my purchase, they were also able to work with me to put the payments in the exact range I wanted over the term I wanted. Because of this my dad also ended up trading his old wrangler in aswell to get a new one. Trade in values were fair aswell(you never get exactly what your hoping for but still happy) They were able to accommodate both of us to do delivery together. Best dealership I've EVER dealt with.
