Very Shady Went to Elgin Chrysler to get my A/C fixed under warranty and when I picked it up they told me that they could not give me a copy of the bill which I Went to Elgin Chrysler to get my A/C fixed under warranty and when I picked it up they told me that they could not give me a copy of the bill which I thought was a little odd but I brushed it off shortly after that I had a squeaking noise when ever I accelerated or decelerated the vehicle. When I got 2 recalls and took it into Elgin Chrysler to get them done I had them check out the squeaking they called me when it was ready they told me they found the issue and it no longer squeaks so I picked up my car and they told me that the last mechanic that changed my oil had jacked it up in the wrong place and then the squeak came back after a week all they did is put in some cheap foam too quiet it down when they should have replaced the piece.. I got thinking about it I realized that it hasn't been anywhere since they did the A/C repair I think that this is a little shady to me I will never take my vehicle there again and I think I will book the car in elsewhere too check and see if the recalls were done correctly. UPDATE: They fixed the damage to my satisfaction and while it was in I had them do some warranty work and they had to order parts when i took it back in they only fixed one of the issues they need to make sure that they fix everything that the vehicle is in for they are now ordering the rear led light panel hope they get it right this time. More

Answered all our questions, Spent the better part of the day with us test driving different vehicles. In the end, we purchased a new vehicle from the dealership. The whole experience was exceptional. The finance advisor was also extremely helpful and explained everything to us so we understood all of our options. The entire experience from pulling into their dealership in a rental car to leaving the dealership a week later with our new Jeep Cherokee was awesome! I would highly recommend this dealership and I would highly recommend asking for Aaron! More

I felt the price was great, and his service was above board. The finance manager was awesome to deal with as well. I would recommend both of them without hesitation. The only disappointment that I had was the car detailing. The windows were very filmy on the inside, a tape mark in the corner on the inside, and the side view mirrors were very dirty. I would suggest the detailer check his cleaning once it is out in the sun to avoid this from happening. It was less than thrilling driving a brand new car home that I had to clean after the fact.
