First of all, thank you for your business. We apologize if you are not 100% satisfied with Eichenberg Chrysler and would like to correct anything that you feel is not right. We are using a new window tint company as of May 8th and would be more than happy to replace any window on your vehicle that you are not satisfied with. Regarding the mud flaps, as part of my dealership agreement with Chrysler, I am not allowed to sell 3rd party parts. Unfortunately, Chrysler did not make mud flaps for your particular vehicle. The payout information was provided by you to the dealership. The address on the payout slip you provided to us was a post office box in Quebec for VW Credit. We could not send by Purolator because of that. The payout cheque was sent by regular mail as there was no other option. I personally contacted a VW dealership to see if there was any other way of expediting this faster when you showed concern. I was told no. We attempted to follow all of the instructions you provided us with, and we carried out the payout process through 100% to what you instructed us with. Calling Chrysler or OMVIC did not speed the process up, the cheque simply arrived at VW credit and they cashed it. If there is anything else I can possibly do for you at this timer to make this entire experience a better one, please contact me. Thank you for your response. The information in your response is not accurate. As President, you should be aware that I did not supply you with any payout information from VW Credit, it was faxed direct from VW to your Finance Manager, Don. This payout statement direct from VW Credit contained all the information you required to make a timely payout of my loan. This was truly an appalling experience that no customer should need to go through when purchasing a new vehicle.

You are correct the payout information came directly from the source of your financing...VW Financing. We submitted the payout exactly as VW Finance instructed us to do. We followed the VW payout instructions 100% as they told us to do. VW finance provided the address to send it to...they received the funds...and it was paid out in a timely fashion. As I stated I even called the VW dealership to confirm I was doing it correctly...the answer was yes. I am confused on how we could have done a better job in regards to the payout of your VW. We always strive to do a better job, if you have suggestions I am always trying to improve our customer experience at Eichenberg Chrysler. With all due respect I am baffled at what you think went wrong with our process in taking the information that VW provided us and following the instructions they provided.
