Very positive, no pressure experience I purchased a used car from Chrysler Eichenberg couple of months ago. My experience was excellent. The sales people that I spoke with were very nice and positive, no pressure or gimmicks. The car purchase price was quite reasonable. Moreover I also got a nice bonus - in order to pass certification the car required replacement of tires(free of charge for me), so I asked whether I could get special tires (performance summer tires) if the tires would be changed anyway. It took couple of minutes to verify tire model on the internet and getting management approval and I am "one more happy customer":) More

Top-notch Experience We were in the market for a used pickup truck and started our search on-line where we found Eichenberg Chrysler. Made an enquiry and were promptly looked after by Shanna their online marketing sales person. She was excellent answering questions and arranged for us to meet with Charlie to view a couple of vehicles at the dealership. Charlie took the time “after hours” to show us and explain the features of both vehicles. We did purchase a vehicle with him and made arrangements to pick up our vehicle in a few days following inspection by the dealership. We waited until after the warranty period for our used vehicle to expire prior to writing this review. We did have a couple of hick-ups with our vehicle and the dealership and personnel looked after us in the same professional and courteous manner that we would have expected.
