Closest you will get to buying a new car on a handshake! I have been watching the prices on the Jeep Renegade for a few weeks on Auto Trader. The price Eichenberg listed was literally the lowest in the entire province by a considerable amount. I emailed them through Auto Trader and Shanna replied to me almost immediately with a video of her infront of the car to prove it was on the lot. She gave me the all in price over email (plus license) and an estimate on my trade in. I was really skeptical but enticed enough to make the 4 hour round trip from Alliston to make a deal. Gord was my sales person, he was very nice within minutes had me seated in the car and let me test drive it without him in it. When I came back we sat down to "negotiate". The process was different then any other car I have bought. There was no written offers back and forth, or upfront deposits before acceptance. There were no special fees or admin fees. The all in price Shanna quoted me online was the actual price I committed to pay. Dave the president (Maybe owner?) is the one accepting offers and seemed like a very honest guy as well. When Gord drew up the final agreement I asked him for a calculator and took about 10 minutes to check the numbers 3 times (I was still skeptical based on every single other car I have purchased) and all 3 times the numbers worked out to the all in price they quoted (minus trade and down payments) Great dealership, honest and transparent! More

All of the staff there had a smile and a warm "hello". Something to be said about that cozy small town atmosphere. I will definitely go there again for any future vehicles I need to purchase. I highly recommend this dealership...you can trust them!! More

My questions were answered professionally and were backed with proof either on the computer or on paper. There was no pressure and when I said I would like to by it, I felt very possitive about my decision. I will highly recommend people to see Ann in the future. I had to see Greg for the selling of undercoating and GAP and other packages. I know too much about vehicles to be swoon with all the fancy packages.(but there were no pressures) Except...the fragrant deodorizer, which I am allergic to. I didn't think to say no to it as when I test drove the van, it didn't smell. And as I do not buy a new vehicle every 2 years, I wouldn't know your company uses it.For future, you should ask customers if they wold like it used. I am extremely thrilled with my Minivan! I was originally looking for a used Ram 2500 diesel that was less than 3 years old and under 60,000 kms, but when Charlie Sofalvi explained the great deals to be had buying new a new truck, I ended up buying a new Ram for a few thousand more than I could find in the used market. They had a good size inventory of diesel trucks from basic to loaded, and I ended up with the Outdoorsman. They knew that I was shopping a number of dealers and when they gave me the final price I knew that this is where I would be purchasing. Thanks Charlie and Dave, well worth the drive!
