I had a great experience with Jamie Atkinson. He helped me throughout the process in a very friendly manner. I bought a 2017 Ford Escape AS-IS for a decent deal. Although now I can see the real problems - engine jerks at highway speeds (especially at 80s the engine stutters continuously until I hit 90-95 kmph), and refuses to accelerate some times. I was very scared when it happened when driving it back home from from the dealership (St.Catharines to Scarborough). I know the dealership is not to be blamed here but it hurts when you pay so much and still feel like you bought someone else's problem! Lesson learned - no more buying as-is vehicles (only certified pre-owned, with warranty or new). More
