LOST WARRANTY I originally assumed that I got the brakes from ed learn ford and was very upset that there system didn't go back that far as the honoured warranty. I argued with warranty extensively, and they were correct. (But I hope they fix there computer) turns out they had a staff member dig up invoices the old fashion way and proved to me that I had got the brakes done at Brock ford. Warran handeled all he paper work, and the warranty was finally honoured. I was wrong.... but they made it rite. I fell like a bit of a scoundrel so I hope they read this. More

He asked use about we were interested in and then advised us of the last 2016 F150 they had and explained the discounts. He showed us the truck and after spent a lot of time working out the details with us. He was very professional and accommodating. In the end we purchased the truck for what we was a fair price. We are very happy with the truck and the service we received from Jim. When I picked up the truck Jim took the time to show me around the dealership and introduce me around so I would feel comfortable when I came back for anything. Great experience! More

From there, I dealt with Mariella in Financing and Extended Warranty Division and the process. She was great and fun to deal with, explaining the difference in warranty coverages. She was quite informative and helped me make the best extended warranty choices that suited my needs! Once, my truck was ready, Aaron explained all the features in detail with me about my new truck!! He answered all my questions and was extremely attentive to all the details!!!
