Had my vehicle’s s first service done at Ed Learn. I was met in the service department right away and then introduced to Service Advisor, Ivan. Ivan welcomed me to dealership, asked if I had ever ha I was met in the service department right away and then introduced to Service Advisor, Ivan. Ivan welcomed me to dealership, asked if I had ever had service done there in the past and when I said no, he was quick to get my information for the service and then take me on a small tour of the facility, taking time to show the waiting room, the men’s room, work stations and if needed a smaller location in the back to work in. There was a coffee station available for my use as well. He reviewed the requirements of the first service, gave me a time line for completion and confirmed my contact information in case he needed to get a hold of me. When my truck was ready, we reviewed what had been done, asked questions about my towing and made some recommendations regarding rotation of tires.
