Worst experience ever. Ordering my Ford Mach-E was simple. But once the contract is signed, the dealership doesn't care. I'm still fighting to get the $5000 electric vehicle rebate which the dealership was supposed to have included on the invoice (per government requirement). When I ordered, I had indicated interest in paying cash but on delivery, they said cash was not accepted. Only financing. After a couple of days and wasted time, that finally got resolved. Then on delivery, the vehicle only came with 60% charge. How hard was it to charge the vehicle before delivery?? And the vehicle hadnt been washed. Really? One disappoint after the other. Worst service i've ever had from a dealership and no one cares. They make it sound like they are doing me a big favor when I raise a question. More
