Bad Customer Service Usually, I do not write a review, but experience with East Court Ford service department forced me to do so. From my experience, customers need to be careful when they go this location in Scarborough; they have an exceptionally POOR customer Service. I should say the Worst amongst all auto dealers I dealt with. The service department deserves a zero star rating. This location, in particular, has NO respect for customer’s time and trouble. It is not the first time this happening with me it is my second experience with this location. I have had with them one last year. I thought this year give them another chance…….Save your time and stress and try elsewhere. At this location, it’s not about the customer service anymore, terrible service! Probably or most definitely will not do business with them again even to changing or fix a tire. More
