Person managing my service was excellent, five stars. The woman at reception was not following good protocols for social distancing which was distressing. There was no bad intent but trying to handle my cred woman at reception was not following good protocols for social distancing which was distressing. There was no bad intent but trying to handle my credit card and handing me the pen she had just used defeats a lot of the purpose. More training might fix this. More
