Got the Problem Fixed Even Though I Didn't Have an Appointme The engine light came on in my car and I called in to discuss what to do. Jeremy noted that there were no openings that day, but he would try to get someone to diagnose the issue if I wanted to drop off the car. Came in, saw Brittany, who not only got me in, but arranged for the shuttle to get me home and back. She called promptly later that afternoon to confirm that the repair could be completed same day and wanted to ensure I caught the shuttle before it shut down for the day. She checked through my warranties to see what money I could save and billed me appropriately. I didn't have to ask or make a case. All in all, a perfect example fo good customer service. More
