Perhaps he feasts on the elderly or the uneducated. I would never buy a car from him and went to another dealership in Scarborough to purchase my $52,000 Sorento. I laughed when I brought it the first time for service. They asked why I didn't buy the car from them. Simply responded. because your sales rep was a jerk and a shady character. Understanding your customer needs This is the fourth car I have purchased from Durham Kia through the same Sales Associate, Jose Rand. I had a recall notice for my 2013 Sorento. Upon i This is the fourth car I have purchased from Durham Kia through the same Sales Associate, Jose Rand. I had a recall notice for my 2013 Sorento. Upon inspection it was found that my vehicle did not have the engine knocking noise outlined in the recall notice. Unfortunately however, after a few months, my engine did succumb to that very problem. But, with the help of Dave Mc Auley and Jose Rand towing arrangements were made to return my vehicle from Ottawa, and a new Sorento arranged within two days. I had no qualms about purchasing another Sorento, it is indeed a good product, and the KIA brand has served my family well for many years. More
