my advice - stay away from Duclos Chrysler (St Hubert/Longu) We've bought a car from Duclos Chrysler (St Hubert) which doesn't correspond with the description. The next day after we've taken it, we saw that the Bluetooth is missing, there is no satellite radio. In fact, they gave us a different modification of the same car. (we saw in the Guide of the vehicle the front panel of the two modifications and that's exactly the Bluetooth and the sat. radio) So, we went there thinking that this is a mistake, but... After their promise to take care of that problem, we gave them the car. The next day, we saw their way to resolve such issues - they've installed a cheap Bluetooth behind the steering wheel, so that it's impossible to use, no satellite radio. Not to mention that there were no excuses, only arrogant behaviour. So, we asked to meet the general manager. They've promised to schedule us an appointment and after that no one answers our mails. Even if we go in Duclos, they promise something which never happens. So now, we are caught to pay the next 8 years for a car that we didn't want to buy because of their mistake or fraud. More

Come for the New/Used car It was a very bad experienced that I went through with Sale team and services. This time and this is the only time with Chrysler ever again. I had 6 cars with Chrysler and presently I have 2, but I decided to end with Chrysler base on services unprofessional. February 4-2016 I come to trade in my Chrysler 300C/2008 for the Grand Cherokee Overland with the balance adjusted up to $40,000. The sale team cancelled 3 times since the car I agreed (deposit $500} to buy has been sold to someone. ????? I deposited for the car and sold to someone else?????? 3 times??????. IT WAS VERY BAD. No one in sale called me to lets me know in the 3 events, only I called to find out. They were really wasting my time from Feb 4 to Feb 12-2016. PS.: I have left rating 1Star because I can not go 0star. More
